1. Login to Your Beloved Blogger Dashbor with current Admin Email, Proceed to setting -> Permission Invite your New email as an autor.
2. Now Log in to your Invited Email To accept the invitation.
3. Back to your current blogger Dashbor now see your second account as Guest under the Permissions sub tab of Settings. Now click on the "grant admin privileges" and confirm your action to grant the admin rights to your second email.
